| Wine Country Realty was really born in the Fall of 2005, as Robert Taylor was working on a project known as "The Vineyards"-a place where people who live in the rain and traffic of the "West Side" could enjoy the rich and relaxing life in the country--an environment where world class food and wine and people come together.
The Vineyards resort has blossomed into an important Washington State Wine Country destination resort, boasting an upscale hotel and restaurant, conference center, spa, and an impressive 500 units of elegant townhouses, condominiums, patio homes and home site lots.all done in traditional Tuscan style in the quiet of the countryside.
Mr. Taylor grew up in Bellingham and lived and practiced law in Seattle for 30 years. Today , he spends half of his time at his office at his Wine Country ranch house, an 87 acre orchard and vineyard in the Yakima Valley. He was so impressed with the amazing quality of life offered in the Wine Country, he was sure others would be too. He was right. Wine Country Realty was born.
